The Golf War
“The Golf War” documentary tells the story of Filipino peasants being violently and illegally kicked off their ancestral land to make way for one of Asias largest golf resorts. Filmmakers Jen Schradie and Matt DeVries interviewed developers and politicians, as well as armed guerrillas and peasants fighting the development. They even caught Tiger Woods promoting golf in the Philippines.

I wish the Filipino …
I wish the Filipino peasants get some justice in the end…Stories like these me off. Asians seem eager to adopt all the rotten qualities and cultural traits of the west while ignoring the only ideas worth importing, i.e. the enlightenment values and equality under law.

Golf is probably the most annoying game on the face of the planet. Nothing would give me more pleasure than to get in a tank, run over a golf course and blow everything in sight with a howitzer…fuck golf and the PGA!

get the US involved …
get the US involved in anything and it will be to the detriment of the citizens, but not the rich.. how sad for the farmers.
